The Titanic was a very famous ship when it was build because of its size and its design. Today it is one of the most famous ships in the world too, because of its sad story, however. On the 10th of April 1912, the biggest ship in the world left toward New York with 2,224 people. Most of them weren’t rich enough to stay in the first-class rooms, but they were excited, looking forward a new life in America. Unfortunately, only few people could arrive in America and start a new life, in fact. The safest ship in the world sank on the way.
